February swimming lessons - both kids did GREAT!
Trip to GA for friends' Ty's birthday party
Juicing - fruits and veggies - are our new favorite treat (and healthy too!)
Last Ice Storm of the season - of course it was melted by the afternoon!
Training wheels off for both on the same day. Joe's tactic for 2 wheel training: Removed training wheels and held them up over the garbage can and said, "You guys won't need these anymore - and DROPPED them in the trash with a BIG THUD" - Gasps all around (including me) but within 10 minutes of up and down the driveway they were off to the cul-de-sac racing 4 other kids!!
As a part of Love Week ~ we made gift baskets for teachers and got to deliver them to the school.
Our friends graciously hosted 19 kids for an Egg Hunt in their front yard.
She was a genius in planning this. Instead of loading the eggs with chocolate that would melt in the hot sun, all the eggs were empty. When the children collected their "allotted" egg amount they went inside to trade their empty eggs for "pre-filled" baskets full of treats!!
Olivia's first trip to the dentist. She did great - smiles all around!!
Spring has also been a time of transition for our family as we searched for a new church home. We are thankful that we found a great one that will allow us to serve our community and hear the Word of God in a passionate way to challenge and motivate us each and every day. This was a family night after service one Saturday night at Elevation Church - the kids had a blast and we got to meet more of the staff & families that are there.
For Joe's birthday, we traveled to Greenville, SC to meet friends to see the Third Day concert. It was great!! Big thanks to Nana for flying down to watch the kids for us!
Ok - so this is getting a little long - To Be Continued . . .

Glad to see you blogging again! It has been a busy & fun spring! Also glad to hear you guys are getting settled in a new church home! I'm amazed at the kids riding bikes, way to go! Joe's method deserves some props, maybe we will give it a try for the girls this summer.
