Christmas & New Year's

So while we have not been doing regular "school lessons" per se over the holidays - there is so much to learn about and be thankful for.  The kids were able to see both sets of Grandparents, Great Aunt Chris & Great Uncle Scott and even Uncle Josh. 

Everyone was here for New Year's Eve - needless to say "The Inn was FULL" - but we had a great time.  Here are some pictures and things we learned over these few weeks:

We Learned: How to take an OK picture before church on Christmas Eve

We Learned: That talented people can make Beautiful gingerbread houses!

We Learned: Jesus was born on Christmas NOT Santa!!

We Learned: Poppy LOVES his grandbabies and being retired!

We Learned: How to unwrap presents in record time.

We Learned: AIM this year - Joe & I got soaked!

We Learned: 15 minutes was plenty for these southern children!!

We Learned:  New Year's Eve can happen at 7pm !!

We Learned:  That our light up cups from mommy's cruise make shapes on the ceiling.

We Learned: How to ride our new scooters.

We Learned: Nana still loves to sew & can make matching PJs for the LaLaLoopsy dolls.
