Well no babies on this trip. I was singing, "Beach Time Baby" to the tune of Ice Ice Baby in my head . . .
Our first stop was Charleston. Joe had a business meeting down there so the kids and I tagged along (on our way to the beach). We went to the USS Yorktown to tour the air craft carrier. It was a beautiful day, not too hot, not too cold - just right for lots of walking, stair climbing and touring.
Garrett was serious about flying this plane.
Olivia just chose her cute pose for the picture.

Down below, the kids were pretending to brush their teeth like the Navy guys did.
Joe tried to actually read and learn, but the kids were still flying through all the stops.
Later that day we got to stay with Pete and Michelle. Their kids had a zip line out back and it was entertainment for us all.
Early the next morning, Mr. Pete promised to nerf gun battle with Garrett. Bright an early 7 ish I was able to capture the boys at play.
After Charleston, next stop THE BEACH.
