A few weekends ago, we traveled down to Atlanta to visit Uncle Don, Aunt Karyn, Alex & Madison.
Nana and Grandpop flew into Charlotte and then we all drove down to Georgia
First stop was Bass Pro Shop to pick up some worms for fishing on the dock. In all the years that we've visited the big fish tanks, we've never seen an actual feeding. Well this time we were in luck. We watched this longnose gar sneak his long snout into the pack of unsuspecting fish and then CHOMP - the kids thought it was hilarious ~ especially when the fish would jump up and they would get a little splashed.
We also got to play with two doggies. This one, Holly, let the kids pet her - the other dog was a Great Dane puppy named Atlas and was so cute, but didn't know his own strength.
Even though these two are 9 years apart, Garrett and Alex quickly found a common interest ~ building robots.
The next morning, Father's Day, the boys headed out to the Braves vs. Orioles game. They had great seats, the weather was perfect and the Orioles won!!
Garrett had a great time at his first baseball game ~ and now has a new collection of baseball cards to sort, read and collect.
What a great way for the fathers to spend the day with their boys! Happy Father's Day!

What a great Father's Day. I love that you got to share it with another generation and lots of family.
